The Brief

To update an aging website and brand
with education and member requirements brought to the fore. I worked with hundreds of BHIVA members at their conference in Birmingham, talking to real people and what they desired from the associations rebrand.

This was a mega brand piece, ensuring that BHIVA was brought into the present day while retaining the respect of the community. Creating something so neutral so that it represents everyone in the community was a real challenge to remain visually striking at the same time. The result was an evolved brand guideline document to ensure inclusivity and accessibility. We created a fully accessible colour scheme to meet their diverse needs. New supporting typography was applied to present a modern, cohesive look.

I was super proud to have created a powerful new eLearning and membership experience for the new BHIVA website alongside the branding piece. Effectively creating 3 websites in 1, BHIVA is now the complete dashboard for members.

To create something that will genuinely impact thousands of people in the HIV community was an honour and was a unique challenge compared to the other work I produced at Project Simply and was a real sliding doors moment from my confidence
